What is a QR Code?

QR Code is short for Quick Response Code which consists of black modules (square dots) arranged in a square grid on a white background, which can be read by an imaging device such as a camera.  It is a 2D barcode that can act as a shortcut for delivering information such as weblinks.  You can use your camera phone to scan and download apps and send message instantly.
How to use the QR Codes?

Download Shopsavvy Barcode Scanner free on Google Play and install it on your Android Phone. With it, you can scan normal barcodes and help you find bargains on all your favourite purchases! Also, you can get price alerts and discover hot, new and on sale items. Open Shopsavvy and hit the Scan a barcode button and then hold your phone over a QR code so that it appears in the window. When it has read, the phone will beep and vibrate, then launch the link. You may need to choose an app to launch it with.
