 1)     When the error pops out on the screen, press SHIFT+F10 and it will open up a black Window which is the command prompt or DOS window.

2)      on the DOS prompt, type the word "regedit" then press "enter". It will open the Windows Registry Editor.
        After that, in the Registry Editor, browse to:
  1. HKLocal machine/SYSTEM/SETUP/STATUS/ChildCompletion,
  2. and after highliting childcompletion,on the right hand side look for setup.exe. 
  3. if the value is 1 change it to 3. Double click on setup.exe and change the value shown in the box.
  4. Then close the registry editor and then also close the black screen window 
  5. Then click on OK for the error and the computer will restart and the installation may complete.  
  6. After the reboot it will setup new Windows. Be patient because it will take longer depending on the speed of your PC, as long as the harddrive continuous to light up. No need to panic!
