4.Free YouTube to MP3 Converter 3.9.31-This is a freeware which can be easily customized by the user which consists of which consists of seven large buttons, a few fields, and a drop-down menu. The GUI is simple and has a textbox to paste your URLs. Its default saved folder is in My Documents and retains the name of the downloaded file and in MP3 normal quality. Its disadvantages is it installs the Ask toolbar and doesn't integrate well with the browser so better uncheck those in the installation process.

It also has fast conversions, high-quality video output, and an easy-to-manage interface which supports all major video file formats, including AVI, ASF, DAT, DVD, MOV, MPEG, WMV, VCD, and many more. You can alter the height, width, and frame rate of the video output.
