The results of numerous research studies can attest to the myriad benefits found in Moringa. otherwise known as the humble malunggay. Its leaves contain more nutrients versus other natural sources. According to the Food and Nutrition Institute, malunggay has 4 times the Vitamin A of carrots, 7 times the Vitamin C of oranges, 4 times the calcium in milk, 3 times the potassium found in bananas, and the same iron content as spinach.
